SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES

This project involved the redevelopment of the site vacant after the relocation of Toshima Ward Office, and the construction of "Hareza Ikebukuro" (33 stories above ground, 2 stories below ground), a complex that includes shops, a cinema complex, and offices. We were in charge of the steel frame erection work and on-site blacksmithing work for Building A. Together with the large hall and live theater in Building B, it plays a role as a "center of culture and activity" for Toshima Ward.

Steel frame construction using a tower crane stand (floor climbing). The core part is built first, and the outer periphery (with long beams) is constructed in the order in which one section is erected and blacksmithing work is carried out in a 14-day cycle, and up to 1 sections are constructed. On the Meiji-dori side, multi-layer scaffolding was used.
