Machining
Multiple large/precision 5-sided processing machines are installed to perform precision processing (flatness/parallelism level 10μm) in an environment of 23℃±1℃.

Quality assurance
Measurements are performed using an ultra-precision coordinate measuring machine in a precision air-conditioned environment (2°C ± 3°C).

High damping structure

In actual products, various vibrations are generated throughout the device, including the structure, due to the motor inside the device and external vibration sources. In precision equipment, these vibrations can adversely affect accuracy and throughput. As a way to solve these vibration problems, we developed a high-damping structure with improved damping performance.
By using Yokogawa Bridge's high damping structure,Higher precision, higher throughput, and higher speed of equipmentWill be possible.
Yokogawa Bridge's high damping structure incorporates a unique high damping structure into the structure to improve the damping performance of the structure.
As one of the high damping structures, we apply the principle of "dynamic vibration absorber".
