Product Summary

Use the wall railing concrete formwork as the exterior material
Aluminum alloy residual formwork
The remaining aluminum alloy formwork is the concrete formwork for the wall railings on the outside of the bridge that is used as the exterior material. This allows for early removal of external scaffolding and shortens the construction period.
Not only does it improve safety, but it also prevents concrete from falling off due to deterioration.
Product Features

The specific gravity is 1/3 compared to steel products, improving workability.
- Steel formwork/concrete composite formwork weight 160-175kg/2m unit
- Aluminum alloy residual formwork weight 50-60kg/2m unit
Aluminum alloy residual formwork has shown excellent performance in the following aspects.
- Static loading tests have confirmed that the bending rigidity and static bending strength are comparable to that of conventional concrete wall railings. Additionally, we have confirmed that the remaining aluminum alloy formwork does not fall off or the mating parts break until the point of failure.
- Impact performance confirmation experiments have confirmed that the remaining aluminum alloy formwork does not break due to impact loads, and has the ability to prevent concrete fragments from scattering to the back of the formwork.
